We LOVE a good Caesar salad in our house!! This week's was made using my favourite easy dressing and red romaine lettuce that was fresh from the farmer's market! Delish!
So, like I said, this dressing is super easy and it's very versatile as well. Doing Whole 30? Leave out the Parmesan! Dairy-free but want that cheesy taste? Sub the Parmesan for nutritional yeast! It's delicious all ways!

1 cup of Paleo mayo
2-3 cloves of garlic
1.5 teaspoons of anchovy paste
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (this was from one half but depends how juicy your lemons are)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional and can sub in nutritional yeast)
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1. Add everything into the blender and blend until smooth. I love my magic bullet for this!
2. Dress clean, dry romaine and add in bacon and more Parm for an amazing primal salad! Or use it as a dip for chicken or veggies. Yum!
