Who doesn't like apples? This kid LOVES apples and I was looking for a tasty breakfast option for my hubby! This is grain, dairy, and refined sugar- free but is still so delicious!!
Ingredients: 6 eggs 2/3 cup apple sauce 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup ground flax meal 1 tbsp cinnamon 1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. 2. Add in your flax meal and blend once again. 3. Add in coconut flour and blend until completely incorporated. 4. Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50(ish) minutes! 5. Enjoy!
