Told you to there would be more strawberry recipes coming your way!  This happens to be in the form of a strawberry frozen yogurt!  It is deliciously sweet, with the creaminess of the coconut milk and the sling tang offered from our grass-fed yogurt and fresh lemon zest/juice.  I'm telling you....this is something you want in your mouth!

So, this is what you will need:

4 cups of fresh strawberries
1 1/2 cups yogurt (mine is grass-fed but feel free to sub in coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option)
1/2 cup coconut milk (just the cream from the top of the can!  You could also sub in cow's/goat/almond milk for this!)
Pinch of salt
Sweetener of choice (This is optional!  If don't want to add any sweetener, I would add a couple really ripe bananas.  If using actual sweetner, start with a 1/4 cup and taste until it's to your liking.  I used raw honey!)
1/4 cup lemon juice
Zest of 1 small lemon

Once you have everything out, you're ready to start!

1.  Pop everything in your blender and blend until smooth.  I usually will grab my ice cream insert while it is blending and assemble my ice cream maker.
2.  Pour your mix into your ice cream maker and process as per the manufacturers directions.  Mine took about 20 minutes.  Look at that Cuisinart go!

3.  Once your frozen yogurt is done in the ice cream maker, you can totally eat it!  If you want a firmer texture, feel free to freeze for another hour or so!
4.  Enjoy!!  You're going to love it!

P.S.  How cute is that bowl??  It's actually a teacup to this crazy expensive tea set my mom bought us!  That right there....is a $72 tea cup!  Ridiculous!  But I thought it was a cute vessel for this delicious fro-yo!
